			<description><![CDATA[ Just got cancellation notice from Alibris. The order sent to Sparks Distribution Center on Dec 24, 2008 was not arrived. I am from Eastern Canada and the book
$80.00. In the past I lost alarming rate of Wilbur Smith&#39;s books at warehouse. Is there any US Post ombudsman we could contact ? Its too much. It is not
fair for Canada Post either. The same day shipping to various states and province were all reached their destinations. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I received an order today from a customer in Canada. It indicates that it is to go via Priority Mail, but I was provided only the International First Class
Mail rate of $8.95.  To ship this book to Canada via Priority Mail will cost me $9.95.

I am new to this whole bookseller thing and am trying to figure out how I ship my orders.  I notice that the person already paid alibris $2.69 or something for
shipping.  Does this get reimbursed to me after I ship it and pay for it out of pocket or is there a link where you can print off what they&#39;ve paid for
shipping?  It&#39;s all a bit confusing to me so any help would be appreciated.

I'm a little bit concerned about sending fairly expensive books to the Alibris Distribution Center; if I want to get DC on them, I have to pay $0.75 rather than the $0.18 it would normally cost me for DC with online postage. Am I worrying needlessly? From information at the DC site it appears that the package was scanned and left the distribution center at Jersey City N.J. on 4-09-07.
