They require customers to purchase the green retail labels and affix them over the Shipping Assistant bar code. After being informed of this new

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve had it!  I can no longer sell folios (coffee table size books) on-line with this puny shipping reimbursement.  No point in upping the price to cover
the extra shipping needed when they are selling out there somehow for a buck.  We are going through our online inventory today, dropping all folios because we
can no longer sell them on-line at such a loss.  I give up! ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ PMG Potter has announced that postal rates for 2010 will NOT increase for core services such as First Class Mail, standard mail, and single piece parcel post.
Hopefully media mail would be included in this classification. He stated, however, that rates for Priority Mail and international mail are still under review

This is about the Alibris Basic program fee structure. The way I understand it say I sell a $4.00 record.  I have to pay $1.00 record sold plus 15%. Which I
understand. That is still the highest commission around. 40%. Now I see something new in the mix, a variable closing fee of  80 cents. Which would make the net
sale of $1.60. Which is over 50% commision. I think something needs to be done to the fee structure, because it is way out of line. Let me know your thoughts.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Earlier this week I successfully and quickly had Alibris secure extra postage for me from an international buyer.  Usually, I&#39;ll take a few dollars loss
but rarely more than that.  Anyway, I just sold a 2 volume set on the River for $70.00 to someone in Australia.  The books&#39; weight alone is an even 10
pounds.  I&#39;ve run out of medium priority boxes so can&#39;t be sure if they would fit in there-$39.85 if they would, 51.25 for next size up otherwise.

its copy at one cent and was the only copy at a penny.  E.g., 0382241487 has 5 copies showing with the most expensive 17.52.  BWB has a copy for a penny even
though next cheapest is 7.95.   The 3 cheapest are all ex-libraries listed as &#39;good&#39;.  Usually bottom feeding mega listers like BWB seek to have the

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m sure many of you have noticed that when B&amp;N sends out coupons, the 10 percent off purchases of $10 and more, many times this results in a small
surge in sales via that outlet. You wouldn&#39;t think a 10 percent discount would mean that much, but I&#39;ve sold too many books via B&amp;N after seeing a
similiar offer via email. To me, it seems a relatively cheap way to promote sales for these sites, but B&amp;N is the only one I&#39;ve noticed doing this.
