Have you had policy, practice, operational, or other kinds of questions that you'd like to see Alibris tackle without burying you in corporate lingo?"

The answers are now here--Alibris Answers, to be exact.

Starting immediately, Alibris Answers will be a place to ask Alibris your burning questions. We'll be pulling in staff members from all over the company to field your questions: directors, project managers, engineers ... anybody who might be able to give you some insight into your query.

As with any forum, we have to set some guidelines. Here they are:

Let's all be adults. Yes, this forum will be a more informal place, but we're still in business together. Any objectionable language, personal attacks, etc., will cause your question to be ignored.
Submit only one question at a time, please. Create a new topic in this forum for each question you have. Use your question as the title of each topic you create. This will keep things cleaner and simpler, as well as help us avoid duplicate questions.
Bear with us. We will answer as many questions as we can, as quickly as we can. But we may not be able to answer all questions.
Contact us directly for required responses. This forum is not a replacement or a workaround for using the "contact us" form on the Seller Hub, or e-mailing sellers@alibris.com. This forum is the place for deeper questions--questions about our policies, procedures, or the company in general, not your day-to-day operations. If your issue requires a response from us, please contact us outside of this forum.

We hope this forum is helpful to you; if there's anything we can do to improve it, or any changes you'd like to see, don't hesitate to let us know. Fire away!
