Since we first began selling on Amazon via Alibris a few years ago, we have always opted NOT to ship expedited for Amazon orders due to generally insufficient shipping reimbursement (an OLD, old Alibris practice to be sure, by the way). We have also went directly to our Amazon seller account and opted "no" to expedited shipping (from the very start of our Amazon selling account). We STILL however get expedited orders from Amazon through Alibris--even though this is now the FOURTH time in a couple of years that we've written to Alibris seller services.
We're now going to ship these order via standard mail and inform the customer as to exactly why they're not getting it expedited---let Amazon and Alibris deal directly with the customer complaints.
Any one else have this issue?
