So we all suffered from the disastrous crash of the Alibris system at the BEGINNING OF THE HOLIDAY SELLING SEASON.
Anybody get a full or partial refund of their monthly fee for that period?
And we don't want to hear that orders were still being accepted. We're constantly putting new inventory online, especially at the beginning to the holiday selling season. Couldn't very well do that with the system down for the better part of two weeks---so how many orders did we miss?
