Is it me or does Alibris not even bother to read and answer seller emails unless the seller is a Gold member? I used to have lighting response as a Gold seller. Went to plain vanilla seller since sales didn't justify the cost. Now can't get simple email responses. Have had to place inventory on vacation to stop ongoing problems that I can't get taken care of because I get no response from Alibris. Really starting to hate this place. Perhaps dealing with B&N directly is the solution.
