I have a customer who received the wrong book from the BWW forwarding service. After no response from Alibris he contacted me and I refunded him for the error. I have contacted customer service several times in the last 2 weeks. (2 weeks!) and have received absolutely no response. Is there anyone at Alibris who cares about a customer, either the end user or me, a bookseller who has paid fees for 14 years to this company? This is an unacceptable level of service and now Alibris tells me they are increasing their fees????
